What Information do we collect?

Quite simply, we will never sell your information. Other than the following and being forced by law we will not provide your information to any third party. Information is only provided to third parties that provide services or functions on behalf of www.propertyowl.co.uk. These service providers require information about you and your housing requirements.

Property Owl carefully considers the estate agents with which it conducts business and whilst we have placed limitations on these agents from using or disclosing your information without your permission, we would recommend you study the privacy statements of these cf companies.

Although such agents may have access to your personally identifiable information for the purposes set out above, they may not use that personally identifiable information for any other purpose and are required to process your information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (as amended).

Do children buy houses?

Do children buy houses, well not really, but they may want to look at them. Whilst we do not provide services for children, we would recommend that if you are under 13, you use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Promotions, marketing, e-newsletters

We may use information for internal marketing analysis, for example, to assess trends amongst our consumers or to measure the amount of traffic to our websites. We may also use your personally identifiable information in order to communicate with you about our products and services and those of our subsidiaries, affiliates, and parent companies and any of their related businesses.
