Abiding by our principle of simplicity, all of the legal blurb below can be summarised in one plain English sentence:

Estate Agents and third party property providers

We are not an estate agent and we do not charge fees to users of our site. The details of the properties available on this Site are provided to us by estate agents and other third parties. We do not verify these details and therefore make no warranties or representations as to their accuracy or completeness. We are not involved in the pricing, value, suitability, security or safety of any of the listings appearing on our site.

We do not provide property advertisements from private sellers or private landlords. Estate agents should ensure that the details and descriptions of all properties for sale should comply with The Property Misdescriptions Act 1991 and The Housing Act 2004.

We list all property related businesses within our pages who may or may not be regulated by the property or other associated industries. Although we do conduct a number of verification checks on our agents before permitting them to advertise on our site, you should always conduct your own checks on the individual property/business you are dealing with.

Our Mortgage Calculator service is provided by the Sycamore Group is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Check them on the FSA's Register by visiting the FSA's website: www.fsa.gov.uk/register or by contacting the FSA on 0845 606 1234

By submitting our mortgage enquiry form you are authorising us to pass your personal information and other details you provide to the Sycamore Group , who will at their discretion, contact you to discuss your requirements or otherwise use your data in accordance with their privacy policy.
